A grey pixelated cloud rises from Rotterdam’s street level to form the city’s latest architectural addition. The new building is built on a cleared courtyard, right in the city center, behind the monumental ‘Stadstimmerhuis’. BRControls provides flexible room regulation from the BRN20 range based on TCP/IP.
